A-Z Ref: In my edition (West Midlands © 2000) it's on page 5 grid K7. Your edition may well be different. Please note - all directions below deliberately avoid the Bull Ring because it's still under construction. I suggest you do so too unless you want to get lost like I did.
From North (A38): Follow the A38 South through Spaghetti Junction. Come off at the slip road signposted RING ROAD (A4540) and turn left onto the ring road. Go straight across three roundabouts and turn right at the fourth one (Bordesley Circus) into Coventry Road (B4128). At first set of traffic lights turn right onto Digbeth High Street (A41). The Irish Club is on your left after the Bull Ring Trading Estate and a Peugeot Garage, but before Digbeth Coach Station. If you overshoot, turn left into the side roads and go back round. You can't miss it - it's a large detached building lit with big green lights.
From North-West (A34): Follow the A34 South into Birmingham until you cross the RING ROAD (A4540). Turn left onto the ring road. Go straight across four roundabouts and turn right at the fifth one (Bordesley Circus) into Coventry Road (B4128). At first set of traffic lights turn right onto Digbeth High Street (A41). From East (A45): Follow the A45 all the way into Birmingham until you reach the Bordesley Circus roundabout on the Ring Road (A4540). Take the second exit into Coventry Road (B4128). At first set of traffic lights turn right onto Digbeth High Street (A41). See directions from North.
From South-East (A41): Follow the A41 all the way into Birmingham until you cross over the Ring Road (A4540) at a roundabout. Take the second exit into Digbeth High Street (A41). See directions from North.
From South-East (A34): Follow the A34 all the way into Birmingham until it joins the A41 in Sparkbrook. See directions from South-East (A41).
From South-West (A38): Follow the A38 all the way into Birmingham until you reach the traffic lights crossing the RING ROAD (A4540). Turn right onto the ring road. Turn left at the next roundabout, still following the ring road, then turn left at the next roundabout onto Digbeth High Street (A41). See directions from North.
From West (A456): Follow the A456 all the way into Birmingham until you reach the Five Ways island. Turn right onto the RING ROAD (A4540). Turn left at the next roundabout, still following the ring road, then turn left at the next roundabout onto Digbeth High Street (A41). See directions from North.
Car Parking: The Irish Centre is surrounded by fairly well-lit industrial streets that can be used. There are also numerous multi-storey car parks within walking distance; the nearest ones being at the Wholesale Markets, Planet Ice/Megabowl, and the Arcadian Centre.
