From North: Exit M1 at junction 28 - Follow A38 towards DERBY and BURTON - Keep on A38 for approximately 25 miles, see LOCAL DIRECTIONS.
From South: Exit M40 (J 3A) onto M42 (E) - Exit M42 at junction 9 (A446 LICHFIELD) - Follow A446 until you reach BASSET'S POLE roundabout - Take 3rd exit (A38) towards Lichfield - Follow A38 towards Burton, see LOCAL DIRECTIONS.
From East: Exit M6 at J 15 (A500) - Follow signs for A50 towards UTTOXETER - Exit A50 at junction 4 for BIRMINGHAM and BURTON - Keep on A38 for approx. 7 miles, see LOCAL DIRECTIONS.
From West: Join M1, then follow directions from North.
LOCAL DIRECTIONS - Exit A38 at the junction signed BURTON and BRANSTON and head toward Burton/Branston - At next small roundabout take 2nd exit (right) - towards BRANSTON (B5018) - Follow road over railway bridge, and past a depot on left - Carry on straight over the next roundabout, and follow the road straight across the lights. Head under a railway bridge and carry on until you reach the next roundabout, passing the Sportsman pub on right - Take 2nd exit (straight across) at roundabout into LICHFIELD STREET - Follow this road round a right hand bend, then a left hand bend passing a B&Q and Burton College on the right hand side - At the mini roundabout take a right towards the market place - Abbey Inn is located adjacent to the college building.
